A Day of Mystical Blood Lust will take place on Saturday October 22, 2010 Schedule: Friday - Meet and Greet for vendors, speakers, volunteers and those preregistered 8:00pm in Hospitality Room at the Homewood Suites Saturday • Registration – 8:00am -??? • Workshops- 9:00am-6:00pm • Vendor Area- 12:00- 8:00pm • Halloween Ball- 7:00pm- 11:00pm Venue and Hotel The event will take place in the Homewood Suites by Hilton® Lexington-Hamburg located at 2033 Bryant Road, Lexington, Kentucky, United States 40509. * We have acquired the Lobby Area to that vendors are available to the Hilton guests as well as attendees for Blood Lust per the Hotel request. This will increase view of the vendors and we can use it to invite guest to our workshops and ball. * The business room will be the area for workshops and has a projector scene, dry erase board, water, coffee, snacks, and 4 large round tables. * The auction for Wolf Run will take place in this area throughout the day. * The evening will end with the Ball in the Conference room. It opens up to a wonderful gazebo and walking area. Smoking is allowed outside the walking area. Alcohol is allowed to be brought in. Must be 21 years of age and ID showed at the door. Rooms on Reserve for Reservation We have blocked off a set number of rooms for this event. The rooms are at a discount of $109 for a Queen Suite or Double Bed. Room includes: * Free Wi-Fi * Full Kitchen- refrigerator, dishes, dish washer, sink, microwave, and stove. * Satellite Television and DVD Player * Separate area for work and sleep -Many have spa baths, fireplaces, etc. * Business Office with computers, fax, etc * Free Breakfast * Gym and Pool * Small shop for snacks, etc *Guest Grocery Shopping- Free of charge Once we get a code, we will display. Registration Info Tickets are $10 in advance or $10 for the workshop and $10 for the Ball (Some people may not want to attend both) or $15 combined ticket for both at the door Here is how to pay: 1. At the door the night of the event 3. You have to prepay in order to get on the Preregistration List Vendors We are looking for vendors and authors who would like to showcase their books on that day. Possible vendors would be local actors, film and production companies, book stores, and authors - just to name a few. Vendor tables are available for either $25 and a donation of books, pictures, services, etc as an item for the Wolf Run Silent Auction. Presenters: If you are interested in presenting please contact me for a registration form. These will be available via email. Decisions will be made by October 1st.
